Arraystar SYBR® Green Real-time qPCR Master Mix
Arraystar SYBR® Green Real-time Quantitative PCR Master Mix is a reaction mix containing all components, with the exception of template and primers. It is optimized for real-time quantitative PCR assays with high stability, excellent repeatability and high specificity. It combines the hot-start technology of Taq DNA polymerase and SYBR® Green I fluorescent dye. The Master Mix is supplied at a 2 x concentration and contains Taq DNA polymerase, SYBR® Green I dye, MgCl2, dNTPs and stabilizers, compatible with all Applied Biosystems real-time PCR instruments, Bio-Rad iQ™5 and CFX™ (96 and 384), and Roche LightCycler™ 480 systems.
