Product Storage Conditions
Most of our products are stable at room temperature for about a week, but we recommend storage at 4°C, -20°C or -80°C to prolong shelf life. Some products are shipped at ambient temperature or with blue ice packs. These products may thaw without affecting product performance. Some products are shipped with dry ice as an extra precaution against high temperatures. The dry ice may be thawed upon arrival without affecting product performance. When you receive the product, place it under the recommended storage conditions immediately.
